A new compilation entitled Mike Majors – Getting Off is currently generating a bit of buzz amongst DJs and trainspotters. Consisting of the finest ’adult-movie’ tracks but the one track that is getting the forums all hot and sweaty is ’J.P. Walk’ by the 1970s Baltimore funk Band Sound Experience and it has certainly pricked up some ears…

You might remember the track from Paul Thomas Anderson’s 1997 film Boogie Nights or you might not but you won’t be disappointed when you hear this wacked-out funk monster with it’s up-tempo grooves and shakin’ disco hotness it will have you nodding your head in souled-out agreement. If you like what you hear check out the aforementioned comp or track down the not bad at all Boogie Nights Vol.2 (you could get vol.1 too) soundtrack to get more disco sauciness.
